Shipping & Handling & Terms of Delivery
Products can be ordered by using the online ordering facilities on this website. Orders can be placed by phone or fax as well. For all payment methods the following conditions will apply:
Prices and Delivery
All mentioned retail prices are included 6% Dutch VAT and excluded Shipping & Handling. All prices on this website are binding until two weeks after date of ordering.
(All mentioned wholesale prices on the secured pages, as well as S&H charges, are excluded VAT.)
Shipping & Handling charges within the EU
S&H charges are incl. 19% NL VAT.
Up to €50,00 product value € 2,95 per shipment
Over €50,00 up to € 250 product value: € 5,95 per shipment
Other products then sprays: € 7,50 per shipment
Over € 250 product value: S & H FREE

Shipping & Delivery
It is our intention to ship all orders that are received on working days before 14.00 hrs on the same day, provided payment is received or any other payment arrangements are confirmed.
Orders will be shipped as soon payment is received, but at latest within 2 working days, unless another delivery time is mentioned.
Orders will be shipped by TPG Post – Priority Mail or UPS to the address provided by the customer. The customer is at all times responsible for the correctness of the address.
The Health Connection can not influence duration time of shipping and does not accept any responsibility for late delivery.
Shipping outside of the Netherlands: In case of shipping products, and in special outside EU territory, the customer is personally responsible for any duty, taxes or additional charges in his/her's country. Within the EU there is free trade – no import duties apply. If the customer is not officially registered for VAT, Vat is applicable.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Payment of orders must be made by using the online payment methods on this site or, if confirmed by the Health Connection, by bank transfer to The Health Connection's bank account. The buyer is responsible for the correctness of the payment information.
Bank transfers must completed with the order number that is mentioned on the confirmation, which will be issued by e-mail following your order.
If you pay by credit card, your card will be charged immediately. When approved, we guarantee prompt shipping of your order. It is advised to print a copy of your order for your personal administration.
Foreign orders paid by bank transfer will only be processed and shipped on receipt of payment, unless agreed and confirmed differently.
Late delivery by TPG Post or any other transporters is at risk of receiver. Refusal to take delivery of the shipment or not collecting the parcel from the Post Office does not suspend any terms of payment and/or payment obligations.
Terms of payment for payments other then the online-payments are "net, within 10 days".
In default of payment all supplying obligations will be postponed and entitle us to cancel any current orders and exclude de debtor from any future supply of products.
In any case we can supply products when pre-payment of orders is received prior to shipping.
All products that are invoiced to debtor will remain the property of The Health Connection until full payment is received, including any interest and/or additional (collecting-) charges if applicable.
By exceeding the terms of payment, the debtor is in default and we are entitled to charge 1.5% interest per (part of a) month.
All additional charges that are due to collecting any payments are charged to debtor, including any charges / expenses of collecting agencies and/or official authorities.
Complaints & Liability
When any defects of products occur, we must be notified within 7 days. The defective product can be returned to us provided with a return number, which will be issued by us in advance. The product will be replaced by a same or similar product. No refunds will be made.
Subject to cases of malicious intent or intended guilt, The Health Connection is not responsible for any liability. Production of products and shipping is being executed by third parties. Liability of products and transportation reside to the manufactures and/or expeditors.
The Health Connection is not responsible for any effects that are due to the use of products that are offered or promoted on this site. The products are classified as food supplements only. In case of doubt, consult your physician or certified health professional for advice.
